City Shrinker: Ben Thomas miniaturizes Melbourne. He uses tilt-shift lenses to achieve the scale-model effect in camera, but those lenses aren't cheap. You can fake-fake it using gradient masks and blur filters in Photoshop or the Gimp or what-have-you.
